To ensure you receive your item(s) on time, all of our deliveries are via EXPRESS POST Australia-wide. All items should arrive within 1-3 business days.
Our shipping fee is $30, which includes delivery to you and a return prepaid express postage satchel.

Please note: We recommend starting your booking period 2 business days before your event to ensure your item arrives on time.

Tracking Your Order

All online orders will be sent tracking numbers once the parcel has been dispatched.

Please note:

  • All parcels are marked 'authority to leave' in case you are not home.
  • If you require your parcel to be signed for, you must specify this in the delivery instructions at checkout.
  • We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.

RETURNS POLICY

Returns and Exchange Policy
Rental Orders – Australia Only

Please place a garment hire order only if you are based in Australia. We do not accept rental orders from outside Australia. International customers are welcome to purchase from our resale section.

Returning via Post ONLY

All postal orders include a prepaid return satchel. Simply place your hired garment in the return satchel and lodge it over the counter at any Australia Post outlet.

All postal hires must be returned the next BUSINESS DAY after your event. If your event falls on a weekend, the garment must be posted back the following Monday by 4 pm.
Always post garments back over the counter at an Australia Post outlet in the return satchel and retain a copy of the lodgement receipt.

Please note: If the garment is lost on its way back to us, you will be charged the full replacement value.

LATE RETURNS

In the unlikely event that you return your garment late, a late fee of $20 per day will be incurred.
